Kampsites
Pigeon Forge KOA a variety of campsites to suit any camper. We offer grassy, shaded and river
sites as well as tent sites for the more rugged camper. If you enjoy modern conveniences, we
offer full hookup sites, deluxe sites and cable television access. We have level pull through
sites with maximum pull through of 80 feet.
Kabins
One room cabins sleep four people. Two room cabins sleep six people. All cabins have air
conditioning, heat, ceiling fan, light, electric outlets and cable television hook-up. You
only need sleeping bags or bed linens, cooking equipment and a television or radio if desired.

Refund Policy
Campsite Refund Policy
For any cancellations 48 hours or more prior to arrival date by 4 pm, we charge a $10.00 cancellation fee.
We do not give refunds to cancellations less than 48 hours prior to arrival.
Kamping Kabin Refund Policy
For any cancellations 7 days or more prior to arrival date, we charge a $10.00 cancellation fee.
We do not give refunds to cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival.

Holiday Weekend or Special
Event Refund Policy
For any cancellations 7 days or more prior to arrival date by 4pm, we charge a $10.00 per day cancellation fee.
We do not give refunds to cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival.
Holiday Weekends - 3 Night Minimum
We require a 3 night stay for the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. |

A daily visitors fee will apply during holiday and special event weekends.
